How does it work?
The first step is the assessment of your current situation and how it relates to your goals and dreams. Initially I will have you complete a series of questionnaires, these can all be done via my website, followed by a comprehensive musculo-skeletal evaluation and movement efficiency testing.
Subsequently, based on our findings, I will design a customised training programme designed to your specific needs and circumstances. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise routine. This information along with Video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you to view via my website.
In the mean time, we will agree on an appointment schedule convenient for you. During our sessions we will re-evaluate your program and track your progress. We will also discuss and find solutions to any difficulties you might experience along the way, while striving to make beneficial changes in your life.
