After 3 months of training with Przemek I have overcome my back and shoulder pain, which I have been struggling with for almost 10 years. During that time I visited many doctors and received diverse treatments, which could never really find out what was the root of my problems. It only took 5 minutes for Przemek to identify and nail the problem. Przemek is a highly qualified and skilled personal trainer who knows exactly how the human body works and how to benefit from exercise in order to get its maximum results. On every exercise he explains the medical aspect that is helping my problem and how my body is becoming stronger with it. Training with him has definitely brought me health and impact on my everyday life.

Improving your vitality, fitness or sport performance can be very challenging and confusing. There are almost unlimited resources available to us at a click of a mouse and while most of them seem to be conflicting they also appear to be validated by science. 

After many years coaching both fitness enthusiasts and professionals alike, I came to realise that no two people are exactly the same. When studying different nutritional protocols as well as training modalities and lifestyle strategies it became apparent to me that any given food might be beneficial for some while making others sick. The same training program can help a person get stronger while injuring another or having no effect at all. Activities that I might find relaxing others can very well find boring or outright stressful. In short, just like we all look different on the outside, we are also very different on the inside. As a result our needs are different.
