I am not a gym person. I am not a morning person. However, for the last 4 years I've regularly been at the gym at 7am doing a wide variety of exercises that I never thought I'd be capable of and Przemek is the reason for that (not will power or my alarm clock). Przemek's intelligent, collaborative approach to exercise means that together you work out your goals and then he takes you on a carefully crafted journey that improves not only your physical abilities but also your confidence in the gym, understanding of your body, nutrition and well being. Przemek keeps you motivated and challenged by regularly changing your program and pushing you further each session. His approach is to focus on your core strength to ensure that the improvements in strength help you in your everyday life so that you are less likely to damage your back lifting a heavy item or develop muscles that you will never use. As well as improving my level of fitness and toning my body, Przemek used the time in the gym to feed me interesting facts about nutrition - what to eat and when and general well-being that really helped me to understand what I needed to do to achieve a good level of health.
